Is 14g 4.5-5cm needle enough for NCD or is it too short?
Chest wall between 4th and 5th rib is thinner than between 2nd and 3rd, but transportation can cause more problems, or so I've been reading.
Military and medical personnel use a 14ga 8cm needle but its seldom available for civilians.
