I think I have heart issues.
Any of you have any idea what condition this could be, if it is anything?
>non-painful heartburn that has been getting more frequent in recent years
>on rare occasions get light-headed and have vision blacking out when getting up very quickly after physical effort or taking a shower, not enough to knock me out but need to stop and hold
>chest muscle stings after masturbation
>recurring feeling of being out of breath
>heart beat was regular at last checkup
>age 21, normal weight, physically active for last 2 years

Possible iron deficiency.
Feeling of being out of breath could be caused by anxiety, idk.
Light-headed feeling during shower is common, at least I hope so from personal experience.
Chest muscle stinging after masturbation: just don't masturbate/when you do, observe how you tense up during so and adjust accordingly.
If check-ups are free, go to the doctors anyway.

A cardiologist will order a lot of tests. Echo, have you wear a heart monitor.
If it's something, be prepared for the heart doctor to just shrug. Yeah something's wrong. I could replace a heart valve, or do a bypass, or give you a pacemaker, or prescribe blood thinners. But it's not good. You will need to monitor your blood pressure.
You should see one though. Sounds like a cardiac event.

Low blood pressure? High blood pressure? Obviously this is a symptom, the real reasons could be bad diet, stress, too low or too high blood sugar, diabetus, liver or kidney problems etc, what is your actual height and weight, can you run a mile or two with no issues?

On this topic, I may have been retarded and took 24 mg of iron for 4 days but then found out it may be toxic. I have a skin disease on my lip that iron deficient people get too.

Maybe. I consume unhealthy amounts of coffee and have always suffered from anxiety so that could play into it but the heart burn is definitely real and wasn't here 2 years ago.

Highly acidic food, normally should not be an issue at least for someone your age, its what causing heartburn, consider not eating out, but cooking at home, also consider preparing "simpler" plain meals, no deepfried, no excessive cheese, butter, fat, NO SHITTY HEART ATTACT TIER AMERICAN SAUCE ON EVERYTHING, saute some veg and skinless chicken etc, cut down on soda, chocolote, processed foods, alcohol etc

Some of those could be non-cardiac. Get checked for acid reflux for the heartburn and look into Costochondritis for chest pain. Being out of breath could also be a symptom of over-breathing, which you are probably doing if you're mouth-breathing.
