Literally every organism
Yes every organism on the planet at its origin in development has the genetic information required to create a perfect clone of itself
However
As an organism develops and stem cells mutate into the cells needed at specific times it gets exponentially more difficult for an organism to be cloned as it ages because those cells are regenerating or growing into cells designed for a very specific function at a very specific time.
TLDR
Cloning organisms at an embryonic state although difficult is possible but cloning fully developed organisms will likely remain an impossibility for a long time if not forever
