Well, thankfully now that your PhD future is secure you can spend the time growing emotionally so you can catch up to your age there as well. It's okay to not get what you want, it's expected.

Im not attention seeking, Im considering not to enroll. I think getting into this school (and for a PhD of all things, which is not even as selective as getting in for undergrad) is nothing to brag about. As I said: backup school.
