I'm a 5'1" guy with size 15 wide feet and my doctor has said I must have some of the biggest feet for my height he's ever seen. I'm just wondering if there would be any medical reason behind this or if this is as rare as he thinks it is? Thanks.

Yeah possible. My parents are both short though - mom is 5' and dad is 5'4" so don't know where the huge feet and hands came from. I've had them since birth.

You probably have one of those tumors in your brain that prevented your brain from going through a growth spurt. There was a man who had something like that and he went from being a literal dwarf to a giant in one life time.

Acromegaly is one possibility, though most of the time this rather quickly becomes apparent in facial features. I'm also going to assume you are in your 20s, which would mean you wouldn't really have had the time to achieve that level of growth.
