The fact that you’re hyper aware of what a shitty situation you’re in ironically means you’re also smart enough to find a way out of it.
My advice: you don’t have any skills? Get some, go to a trade school for something that catches your eye (carpentry/welding are both pretty enjoyable in my experience). Your depression and rut comes from not producing anything useful, but you can’t produce until you force yourself to learn HOW to produce. If you have no savings, find the most basic job you can and scrape some $ together.
There’s always a way, and any animal when cornered will do whatever it takes to survive. You’re pretty close to that point, and I can see it cause I’ve been there too. Just know that there’s always a way to make it.
