I'd say so. Once you have something really intelligent it should become like a siri of sorts that can work with people and answer questions and make life super easy. But would it ever become self aware, I'd say no bc to be self aware it needs to be biological. So maybe it becomes all knowledge and maybe we connect somebody's brain to it and then it becomes self aware.

It would be interesting, though I imagine you'd still need cell replication for body functions like healing and the immune system, so perhaps it would just be like having your entire body made of stem cells, cells that can divide forever.
