I think it's very well possible that a lot of those texts cover perfectly sane topics, only that nobody can understand them correctly.
The original description of Sanskrit only contains 2000 words, the rest is grammar. Translations, at least those that I have seen treat it as a language with immense vocabulary, and treat different grammar forms of the same word as completely new words.

That's not Newton's third law, although it superficially resembles it. This is close to the first law.

This isn't one of Newtons laws, it's almost a tautology

to me it looks like a translation thing. the translation says that the external action IS directon in the first part of the sentence, but then it'd make no sense to use this concept of "action" in the first place. it is also unclear if this guy had any sort of mathematical representation or understanding of mass. the only good part of what OP posted is "An equal and opposite action can neutralize the motion." but even that is fairly obvious.
