I just want to know WHY they are considered different by all the "studies" out there, but all the results I get from searching are the usual "porn/sex is good/bad" but there's no results on WHY they are considered different

Excessive pornography consumption warps your perception of sex through desensitisation (both mentally and physically) to the point where you can no longer function as expected in normal sexual situations with a partner.
If you've resigned yourself to a permanent life of celibacy and solitude then I guess Pornography will have no tangible impacts on your life and is therefore neutral. If however you wish to lead a sociable adult life including sex and romance then you should probably look at minimising the impact of porn on your life.

I don't believe anyone has ever suggested that Mary does not learn something new upon leaving the black and white room and that the thought experiment has been used as a refutation of physicalism rather than a paradox or a subject of debate so no, there is no argument to be made that pornography consumption negates the qualia of a real life sexual encounter
