Would she look young if she just grafted some poor Chinese kids skin onto her face?

is it entirely just that her skin has lost its tightness? (if we ignore sagging breasts etc)

With a cosmetic industry in the several trillions... and it entirely dedicated to making women look younger and thus more fuckable... how are they still failing? Is it deliberate as if they solved it they wouldn't be able to sell products?
