Can I just cold call a psychologist and ask to pay for an administered test or is not that simple? I heard it's about $200 ballpark for the test as well.

It's common to deduct 10-25 points based on the SD of the test, if SD was even calculated at all. My suggestion is to live life and be happy. :)
