Because we're not racist, these accusations matter to us, we listen to them, so we try to examine, improve and defend ourselves. They call this "white fragility". And because we react that way, we appear vulnerable to them, and in other words, guilty.
This also makes us seem weak, and others try to use this weakness against us.
And then because unlike the rest we're willing to stand trial, we find faults with ourselves, such as could be found with others if we looked for them, but we don't.
We then appear to be the most racist.
Because we're the least racist.
