I spent 10 years NEETing and after getting a GF I'm finally pulling myself together.
I got into a coding bootcamp and I'm slowly developing skills in IT however I feel seriously debilitated on Math and after 10 of not using it I feel like a 7th grader would easily beat me in most shit.

Buy textbooks and pens and paper. Work through all of the examples and problems.

I'd avoid relying on websites and online lectures. Some people recommend them, especially the MIT Opencourseware lectures, but I just feel like it's too passive for me.

It doesn't really matter which textbooks you use (at least, not in the beginning, assuming you want to start from Elementary Mathematics), but MIR Publishers Moscow has some neat books which cover Elementary Mathematics-usually in ways different than how modern textbooks would approach it.

A nice piece of advice I picked up was writing any questions, insights, etc in the margins of books.
