Mostly the same things as those with the highest grades, though usually at less prestigious companies, doing lesser work.

It depends on if they actually picked up any marketable skills while they were there. If they did, then their grades don't actually matter beyond bragging rights. If they didn't, then they're no more marketable at 26 than they were at 16, and they'll end up working at a starbucks.

If they remain ambitious after graduation they usually end up among the students who made good grades.
If they're not ambitious they usually end up in sales, HR, or low level management like manager of a car rental place or insurance branch. I saw a lot of dumbass students in Greek life and found it amazing how they always end up doing the same things.

It's the same work, actually it's more difficult because the prestige allows for leverage that the "lesser" companies can't deploy.
