Depending on ph scaling (aquafina being about 5.5), what kind of effect would drinking plastic bottles on a regular basis for 2 years straight have on the human brain?

Just asking for research purposes, in case anyone is curious on how the human brain is affected whenever a lack of a decent tap water source isn't around for anybody to drink from.
