Nobody evolves to have these "disorders". They are entirely a product of the interaction between natural proclivities that can develop into something that makes sense under natural conditions, and a hideously sick modern environment.

If you're talking about borderline personality disorder (never heard of it at cluster B type 2 personality because wtf is that) then it's about controlling other people's emotions to get them to do what you want out of their general concern of human life. It is best to realize people with borderline personality disorder are better off dead than in control of your feelings
