Do you guys know about the effectiveness of stem cell injection/therapy as an alternative to surgery? Asking because I do bjj and I have a shoulder that dislocates once every few months or so because of an unrelated accident that caused it to initially destabilize. Now that damage has been done in the form of glenoid bone loss and I've been told surgery will fix it, however I'm curious if you guys know about any possible alternatives such as stem cell therapy?
