I have been studying soil for a couple years now and this >>14372975 is basically all you need to know. Soil science is immensely complex, but can largely be summarized as "organic matter is basically magic so put more of that shit in the soil". You should also add biochar and mycorrhizae.

Bullshit, plants need fertilizer to make their tissues. Phosphorus and potassium at least if you dont mind very low yields, for high yield also nitrogen.
Plant doesnt give a fuck about le black rich soil color.

Probably not. Most mycorrhizal mixes are just species in the glomus genus which are cosmopolitan and possibly all the same. Their cells each have hundreds or thousands of nuclei and they exchange them like nutrients so they can't be genetically categorized into different species. The current categorization for glomus species is largely based off morphology. You should try to aquire local fungi to use in your field, but it's very likely that some of the local mycorrhizae will be glomus species anyways. I would support banning or restricting the use of synthetic fertilizers before I declared the use of any mycorrhizae as bioterrorism.

No. Synthetic fertilizers do nothing for soil aggregation, cation exchange capacity, pH buffering, and they contain no soil fungi, endophytes, or phytochemicals. Using synthetic fertilizer is the single worst decision you can make as a farmer.

You can either add many kilos of manure to a plant or a few grams of chemicals. And theres not enough manure to use it industrially, its just a niche hobby practice that's akin to recycling some nutrients but doesn't work when you keep shipping crops to market so nutrients leave by truck.
I guess you can water crops with composted urban sewage for a bit of recycling. You just pool the sewage in a giant lagoon and let it be decomposed, it will turn into a soup rich in phosphorus and nitrates.

Acidity and minerals can be fixed with chemicals. Water is also fixable with irrigation and to a lesser degree with drainage if there's too much rain. Weather in general cant be fixed (temperature and sunlight hours being pretty much just set by nature, outside of greenhouses)

Actually they dissolve rock and make phosphates and other minerals available to plants which is plenty to supplement the nutrients already in organic matter. You should really try reading a book on this instead of trying to defend your ill formed opinion.

Let me tell you what organic fluffiness actually does for plants: It allows water to inflitrate the soil better and retain it better underground. Dead soils suffer from compaction so water and fertilizer have a harder time reaching the roots.
Basically you can do like 80% organic farming with 20% supplemental chemical fertilizer if you are very careful with recycling manure. You need to capture all the sewage and animal manure and hope very little is washed by rains or lost to rivers or lost as gaseous nitrogen. You can't recycle perfectly so you will still need chemicals. All a fluffy soil does is reduce the washing with rains.
Can it be done at a large scale? Yes, with modern robotics instead of having dumb plowing. And a national program to recycle sewage.

Mollisols have deep organic horizons
