What does the average IQ of a certain job mean?

I tried several IQ tests and I scored 103 in all of them. I am studying to be a pharmacist.
Google says pharmacists IQ averages at 120.
Ironically I used to study hard and get good grades up until I learned that my IQ is 17 points below the average for my major.
Does that mean that I am bound to fail? Or can I just study hard?
I don't get it. Does that mean that I will never ever be a good pharmacist?
I understand my lectures, and I am doing good academically for all what matters.

The test isn wrong. The first two rows always have black in the corners, the bottom row has it on the sides. It should be a square 3/4 filled horizontally, with the black in the corner

This. OP, figure out where your strengths lay. If you've got the ability to study hard and remember lots of information, you're a good candidate for pharmacy. If you're good at solving complex puzzles but are lazy and/or not good at remembering lots of information quickly, you should look for a different profession.

Dude.... My IQ is probably sub 100. I often feel like a complete retard, and yet I have a great job with excellent pay in the city. The primary skills are networking, lying, and luck. You can have a meme IQ score but if employers want you they will bend every rule to accommodate you.

Even if you take the 120 IQ average result seriously it is based off of the summation of multiple specialities. Not every speciality host people with the same average. Before you pull all your hair out figure out exactly what you want to specialize in. Pic related.

You're letting yourself get bamboozled by trolls, schitzos and spergs. Race only matters in how the groups are organized and dispersed. For individuals it's a completely different matter altogether. If you're already studying some field of medicine (let alone enrolled in college) the discussion of racial IQ no longer applies to you.

Also IQ doesn't denote well being, market demand does. That's why your average mathematician or physicist who consistently scores at the top of IQ charts have lower well-being than lawyers, actuaries, engineers, politicians and certain tradesmen. Even the average e-thot streamer has a higher quality of life than mathematicians and physicists. Let that shit sink in.

pharmacist just give out drugs and run drug stores lol
researches and doctors do what you described and many doctors just follow some general guidelines so even they don't really need that high iq, just good memory
