20 y/o NEET, though plans to return to pure maths. "Straight-edge", clean-living lifestyle, i.e. no drugs or alcohol at all ever any amount. Aerobic exercise and weight lifting when sleep is not messy. Clean diet. No TikTok. Flip-phone. Only watch long-form content. Only use direct messaging social media, with the exception of 4chan. Have e-trap BF to avoid trashy women. Shut-in all day long, life is identical to what it was during lockdown. Permanent blue light filter on from time to time. The only things I do all day long is eat healthy foods, am on PC, and exercise if I'm well-rested. The problem is, I'm not well-rested. I spend all day long watching long-form content on YouTube, which I recently decided to quit, Netflix, and sometimes The Simpsons, because my brain is too fried to follow narrative that spans multiple seasons in case of the Netflix shows. I avoid video games, because they mess up my sleep. I go between the periods of insanely messy sleep of going to bed at 6 AM and of getting my sleep together, either in amount or regularity, and having an exercise regime. (an hour 4 times a week, mostly cardio)
Why am I still a useless, lethargic fat slob?
