Anyone with athsma/bronchitis pls help.
I got bronchitis from allergies, its been 3 weeks now and if i try to exercise my lungs flare up: breathing gets really heavy and wheezy, throat gets itchy, if i inhale or exhale too deeply i will start a coughing fit. once i start coughing i cant stop all the way until i have no air left in my lungs. the bronchitis only gets me lately when i lie down at morning and bed time, and i get a lot of nasal discharge too which is clear.
can i use an albuterol/ventolin/salbutamol inhaler before cardio to stop this from happening so i can exercise, OR should i just keep waiting for the bronchitis to go away.
i saw inhalers can be used for exercise bronchitis but i dont know if that is the same thing i am dealing with and i dont want to damage my lungs or something.
any one had bronchitis before or athsma and knowledge of this stuff and inhalers? pls help
