Even if we can't see all the colors, we can just use equipment that is way more sensitive than human eye to take a picture and just check the data of pixels, that bird is mostly uniform in color, even if birds can see and perceive the contrast between similar shades of same color better than us it still won't look like that to a bird with different shades appearing like colors on diffetent ends of spectrum
