The shit is not storable in the long term, it's ultra volatile, it's prone to leakage, all of which make it the worst possible thing to use in any kind of tactical or strategic weapon.
A tactical nuclear missile has to be carried around on vehicles, with limited support, in shitty conditions, with limited access to maintenance until either fired or cycled back to a base.
A strategic nuclear missile has to sit around for years, sometimes decades with limited or no refurbishment except to it's warheads, and is expected to only need to be fired under the most extreme of conditions, requiring that it's propellants be both storable, stable at room temperature, and not prone to leakage, so literally the opposite of LH2/LOX.
