Several CS BSc in my country doesn't have Calculus because we have to do single and multivariable calculus in HS and get a really good grade to get into these programs. We have to choose three subjects for the last 2 years of high school and learn them in depth. Many CS courses require Math and Physics as a prerequisite, and you can do IT, chemistry, or another related subject for the third. We have three-year degrees that cram everything and expect students to learn it fast. We have discreet math in the first semester and linear algebra in the second semester (year one).
I hate this bros. Why can't they make comfy 4-year degrees like USA, and others, where you can enjoy HS and college and learn it well. The graduates of theirs and our programs have the same skills, but you have to deal with exponentially more stress for longer periods to finish a le year earlier. By focusing on depth and expecting students to learn 3 subjects to finish HS, you inevitably create a narrow-minded populace.
