Can we follow the logic that dark matter being 75% of all existing matter means that it follows logical sense is possible for them to develop, atoms, chemical reactions, stars, planets and eventually develop intelligent life, made of dark matter we can't totally see or feel?

Is that correct?

Would they eventually wonder where 15% of the matter is missing from their universe?

Maybe also, our universe is just the antimatter small one and theirs is the real one.
