One human is 99.99% the same organism from another. Yes. The history of the evolution of this species has imprinted a lot into us. Most individual variation happens on the surface level, but the parts of the brain responsible for our subconsciousness are much older and thereby more uniform.

okay, how about this: whether or not human consciousness is or is not extensive from the brain as material object, it is reasonable to accept that the content of conscious experience is at least generated/shaped by the brain as material object and the chemical conditions surrounding it. a good way to verify this anecdotally/subjectively is to do drugs, which is what this entire thread is about.

now, the general structure of the human brain does not appear to vary significantly between person-to-person, and because of evolution it is conceivable and reasonable to see that similar material/chemical conditions of brains between different people will generate qualitatively similar experiences.

thus, introducing DMT into the human brain, will generate qualitatively similar experiences between different human beings, one of these experiences being the hallucination of non-self 'entities'.

so, "why" does the brain do this? why is the sky blue? why is causality a thing? if we reduce the idea of the human brain to a computer processor, there is no reason why giving the same instructions to two different processors would generate different output. individual human brains are similar enough so that the output (the experiences) do not vary significantly as a result of the same stimuli.

if you want to know why these experiences are generated as a specific result of DMT firing your serotonin receptors, then go do science/neurology/philosophy a big favor and solve the hard problem of consciousness for everybody.
