Pretty new to this board so I'm not too sure if this is the right place to ask, but what's the aerospace engineering industry like? What do you actually do during the day and how do you prevent your mind from dulling?

I just graduated from uni with a materials science degree and I'm hoping to jump into the field soon but I'm not too sure what to expect and I'm also afraid of turning into a work zombie
