in todays age of internet, is there a knowledge or a field of science thay is prohibited for the masses to access easily? any information or knowledge of a skill that is regarded as dangerous for the human kind entirely and on the indiviual level for the pursuer of such? in the past there surely was but what about today? is everything accessible today?

Sure, but the world works in a different way than you're supposing. Occult/esoteric practices and research are discoverable (though of course intentional obfuscation occurs sometimes), but 99% of the reason it is hard to discover is because no one gives a shit and is distracted by whatever normie shit and entertainment is there for them. Think about how much that occurs with the plain jane sciences. Most people don't care about science in general, much less anything /x/ tier or less believable. Then again I guess it kinda horseshoes around when something IS super /x/ tier then it becomes more palpable to some, but it's more for consumption value like sci-fi and UFO shit than it is about seeking truth. Ultimately, I think that those with access to the preserved and sacred knowledge are not threatened by any random individual pursuing it for themselves, but they would be threatened should that person try to legitimatize and share it with the general populace.

obvious, what you said is true, and that was one of my first thoughts too. BUT since experts in those fields, the ones capable, are familiar with the knowledge and are most likely employed by their respective governments, or maybe aren't interested and are simply in academia, and laymen majority won't even care or does not even think about these subjects why aren't they still openly discussed or documented?

True medicine. Once you get chronically ill, and your doctor doesn't have the solution and gives you a shitty treatment that doesn't ever do shit. Then he'll eventually offer you surgery after more things that didn't do shit. If you're smart, you'll start looking into alternatives, which are considered taboo/homeopathic solutions/useless, but still somehow slowly cure you of your ailment. You'll notice that medicine isn't what it seems to be.
