do things like - every time you want to eat, say something like

this pairs well with dragging out your breaking point by waiting for longer/fooling yourself and making excuses to wait longer/setting time goals between breaking and thinking "i am going to eat"

Get off the meds you're on if they cause weight gain (it's usually because they give you a bigger appetite), I stopped taking them for a bit and didn't want to eat for about 2 months, start smoking as well

Straight anorexia will make you skinny but also look like shit because every anorexic I've known winds up eating random useless shit just cause it is low or 0 calorie and goes way too hard. Fasting preserves muscle mass. Bulimia at least allows you to absorb some calories and nutrients and usually ends with the person in a better place than anorexia because they get caught or start getting GI issues.

I will say that eating normally and suddenly just doing a ton of cardio will backfire sometimes because you get ravenous. This is why stimulants help... the appetite suppression.

You can also spit out food that you chew, this works well for high calorie carbs and junk food. Find something that will decrease the levels of ghelin response in your body. Working out tends to do that for me but other things like drinking 1oz of light olive oil twice a day and hour before eating works too. There is also a spray called empower spray which uses a herb that changes your tastebuds so you can’t taste sugar. That stuff is awesome it makes bread taste like shit.
