>>14319282>>143192371. This is buying them an infinite supply of goodwill to SpaceX from Ukraine
2. Ukraine is mineral dense in all kinds of materials that are vital to aerospace as a whole.
3. If Ukraine kicks Russia's ass hard enough that Putin gets overthrown and Ukraine maintains its sovereignty in the process, then Ukraine is forever indebted TO SpaceX.
4. As a result, the country will bend over backwards to accommodate the company for any material contracts, supply contracts, and even giving them a green light for a full country wide integration into the Starlink network; all of which reinforces the value to SpaceX long term AND basically gives them petabytes of mission critical data that can be fed back into a positive generative loop wherein SpaceX and the US government, especially, USMIL benefits because they have first hand data of what the Ukrainians are doing using NATO tactics, and US/EU military hardware in conjunction with Starlink networks.
5. That intelligence, in turn will vastly benefit how next-generation warfare is then conducted at scale, and give a significant advantage to said military branches compared to their geopolitical counterparts, who'll have no similar capabilities as such going out as far as nearly a full decade.
6. Which is a time so significant in milspec, that you would never want your opposition to get a decade advantage in that kind of development, because it's next to impossible to catch up otherwise
7. That success, in turn also means the EU and NATO nations thereby are equally vested in Ukraine's independence and the benefits Starlink has on said nation currently and in the future.
8. And frankly, there is no better conditions on the fucking planet right now than the Ukraine/Russian conflict, than to battle test Starlink in highly dynamic conditions with extreme stress environments. and is legitimately the greatest opportunity SpaceX has gotten for Starlink. No other satcom network can be fielded similarly.
