I have currently much time on my hand and decided to work through a couple of textbooks. I’m using the pomodoro method, however, after around five hours I notice a significant drop in my attentiveness. Studying from that point on becomes a drag and I retain considerably less information than before. I was therefore wondering, if I stick to studying for longer and longer hours, will this eventually improve my mental capabilities moving forward? Will I eventually be able to have a good study sessions of up to 10 hours or more?
