how did these animals get so big? Didn't they bother learning the square cube law at college? Why don't elephants grow as big as titanosaurs? Somethings not right here.

oxygen is for moving muscles, not for bones, and also respiration is limited by the rate of CO2 that can be expelled, not by the amount of O2 that can be inhaled: thats why u don't see athletes in controlled indoor environments with high oxygen easily breaking outdoor records.
