People in their 40s regret not starting X in their 30s.
People in their 50s regret not starting X in their 40s.
People in their 60s regret not starting X in their 50s.
People in their 70s regret not starting X in their 60s.
Just break the cycle and start at whatever point you are.
If you allow me to analyse you a bit, though, I would say you suffer from either two things:
>a) You don't truly want to get into mathematics. People who are determined to do X don't care about their age, they only care about X. So ask yourself if you want to follow this path.
>b) You are a very anxious person.You are constantly thinking of every possible way things may go wrong, and you think your age may be a threat to your desired outcome. If this is the case, work on your anxiety. Do some breathing exercises when these thoughts come and start doing something productive (in this case, math exercises or theory).
