non-life existed before life so life has to come from non-life, so it doesn't matter how stupid you think it is, it is the only logical possibility.
we both believe life came from non-life and so does everyone else. creationist or not. if you want to claim in this process there was some sort of intelligence involved then the burden of proof is yours.
about the evolution of humans, again there are fossils.
creationists asked for "half-ape half-human" fossils. once these fossils were provided, some said and continue to say these fossils were apes others said they were humans, both sides denied that they are half-ape half-human, and I think that's pretty good evidence that they in fact were "half-ape half-human".
