Make your wife breast feeds for at minium 3 to 4 years. Dont give your child shitty soft food, get them straight on to tough breads and carrots when their teeth come in. Never let your child slouch. Their occipital bone at the back of skull should be high with straight neck. Back of there head shouldn't be rounded unless they are very young. Make sure they don't hang their mouth open and ensure there tongue is on roof of mouth. Make sure they don't swallow with a weird sucking motion. Only there tongue and hyoid should move when swallowing. Make sure they chew their food evenly on both sides instead of only 7 chews then swallow. DONT LET THEM DRINK USING STRAWS. This will reinforce sucking instead of proper swallowing.
Make sure they get lots of exercise to have efficient metabolism. Make sure they nosebreath and breath deeply with slow diaphragm breathing with good posture. Dont let them waste away infront of a tablet craning there neck in the process.
