Judging by those cases of kids who have memories of previous lives and matter being neither created nor destroyed, you likely just wake-up whenever the continuity or state you were in when you died gets reassembled in proper form. That or when your brain structure pops up in some random place.

you're wrong. I can tell you from experience that even only 30 minutes of sleep is many times better than none at all.

you will be able to make it through the day with 30 mins of sleep but feel like absolute shit with none
