Hypothetical questions /sci/:

If you were tasked with spiking somebody's drink with a substance that would cause a permanent reduction in intelligence without causing any noticeable effects to the afflicted, what would you use and what would be your strategy for mixing it effectively enough to be subtle and imperceptible to the drinker?
