Also, "Northwest Europe" isn't a think except in the minds of Anglo golem from the UK who want to associate their culture with the culture of the Nordic countries. There is Northern Europe, which consists of Scandanavia and the Baltic, and Western Europe, which consists of France, Iberia, the British isles, and the Low Countries (Netherlands, Belgium, etc).
That being said, I agree with you that Eastern European Jews like Perelman are not white. They're basically medieval mulattoes produced by the intermixing of Slavs, Hungarians, and Germans with the Turks and Semites they encountered at the eastern edge of Europe near the border with the Ottoman empire. A true mongrel race. In fact, one could even say that the earliest victims of the Jewish-orchestrated process of mulattoification, were the Jews themselves. The so-called Ashkenazi "Jews" we see today are really just mongrelized medeival Turks rapefugees that migrated to Europe and started larping as ancient Semites - which is one reason amongst many that their claims to the "Land of Israel" are illegitimate, but that's a whole other story.
