Physicists and chemists know more about biology than biologists do. In fact, we know more about anything. Mathematicians might have us beet in certain regards, but they lack intuition. Humanities is all false intuition. Don't worry though, you have a place in society - HR departments are actually pretty valuable sometimes.

I'm an engineer but I've worked in many biology labs in the past. Majoring in bio is kind of a meme... Just apply physics/engineering principles in bio research and you'll do a better job than most biologists.
