Sadly those kinds of people have a pretty big presence online in math circles, and in math institutions(AMS).
If you want to avoid them, you have to go into DoD, finance, or non-tech sector industry.
As you progress in your math career, you will find that all the autistic pure math dead ends that are 90% just memorizing terminology, will be filled with troons. Pivot yourself towards applications, and follow trends on SIAM and you will be set, my brother.
