Further more is it the electrons movements that would suggest lack of this for all purposes flat molecular being 2d?
It is unable to get the nucleai, and or electrons to sit perfectly still, therefore it is not perfectly 2d?
What if the nucleai once bonded flatly to neighbors, relatively don't move at all, and electrons movements are the result of the maintence of that flat equilibrium?
