OP here, here's some research I done did already.
>The Serial Reaction Time Task: Implicit Motor Skill Learning? Edwin M. Robertson
Not exactly research but Robertson believes correctly analyzing Declarative Memorization against Procedural is not as clear cut as it sounds. Which obviously makes judging any research harder.
>Distinct Effects of Acute Aerobic Exercise on Declarative Memory and Procedural Memory Formation. Xuru Wang, Rui Zhu, Chenglin Zhou, and Yifan Chen*
>...acute aerobic exercise appeared to improve DM performance mainly through a positive impact on encoding, but appeared to improve PM performance mainly through facilitation of memory processes during the consolidation period.
I think this means physical activity only helps when you're retaining Procedural Memories
>Procedural Memory Consolidation in Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder Is Promoted by Scheduling of Practice to Evening Hours Korman et. al
This showed that, possibly as a side effect of generally being more nocturnal, people with ADHD had better Procedural memory recall if they practiced later in the day.
I'm not diagnosed as ADHD, but I am certainly someone with a later/nocturnal cycle
>A daytime nap containing solely non-REM sleep enhances declarative but not procedural memory, Tucker et. al
What it says on the tin?
