I mean, you kinda showed what the issue is. 0/0 is not defined and so nonsense in a logical sense. It can be equal to anything you want, since the inverse of any number times zero is zero.

you can't cancel (10-10)/(10-10). you've already said that's equal to zero, but when you "cancel" it you're saying it's 1. your inconsistency is 0 = 1, so obviously you'll get 0 = 2 as well.
