Ah, but we can't actually test anything until it's all perfect, can't have anything blowing up with NASA being so paranoid about safety, not even test articles.
We'll see how serious the gummint is about SPACE (rather than just decades old jerbs) when we hear what the FAA says. I won't be surprised if they pull some bullshit again about needing more time.
