I give you criteria, söyböy. But you cant answer:
1. the least round shape must be simply connected
2. the least round shape must have same area enclosed that of unit circle
3. in polar representation, the least round shape has highest average distance between point of circle versus least round shape's boundary point given theta-angle.
i.e
$\max(f):\int_0^{2\pi}|1-f(\theta)| d\theta$
