the chads are all social like and makea the connections and find or create some problem that someone will pay money to fix
the nerds can't into social so don't know what problems are out there
but the chads can't do the work so they need the autists, who would much rather build the thing than cold call 40 people a day
its a symbiotic relationship
and there's plenty of non white business school grads they just have to be integrated into the local culture enough to play the game
