>>14287723>Stuff gets hot but there is no mass to thrust anything?>>14287676Does that mean the energy is more converted into pure radiation?
Whereas in atmosphere, when the blast occurs, the energetic chain reaction occurs, surrounded by air molecules, and so the great amount of energy unleashed at that moment finds itself butted up against this medium of air, all the while it is also knocking loose electrons and maybe nucleai of local air molecules? It is almost literally like grabbing a little piece of the sun and letting it loose near the ground of earth?
I just can't get over the size of material resulting in size of explosion;
I can't wrap my head around the strong and weak nuclear force, the nature of charge, and the forcing if it's connected strength.
How it goes from stable atoms; to massive explosion, from a single tiny source. How this energy is contained in that tiny source. The existing nature of that energy, in what way it actually exists prior. And during, how it's state evolves, how it's state is forced into the reaction that occurs.
And when that is occuring, how much it does have to do with the surrounding sir molecules.
Also how related to lightning that might be, another bizarre effect of nature, if lighting is electrons and energy and charge differences just ripping through the air medium like that, then nuclear is kind of just locally setting off lightning bolts but lightning bolts that are too strong they just go past the post of being lightning... I don't know, insane topic
