Xray gadget that you could view their skeleton from a tablet device. Look at hip skeleton to see. Though you would still potentially misdiagnose as there are people with hybrid skeleton shape groups due to hermaphrodite disorder. But that would be very rare.

It's extremely easy to tell for humans so you can probably just do a machine learning algorithm to train it

the only difficult bit for a computer is determining that just an ugly looking woman isn't trans, with high quality training data from a dating app it's probably pretty easy
