So the sun is supposedly the cause of the majority of skin aging and face changes we attribute to getting older. I know the sun's UV rays destroy the collegen in our skin. Is the sun the reason skin collegen stops producing around age 25 or does it happen anyway? and will wearing sunscreen stop the remaining collegen from being destroyed? Does eating collegen boost our skin collegen?
