The human brain is electrochemical. How can we use magnets to permanently change neural pathways?

Theoretically impossible. Rationally provable. Presumably the neurons of the inner branches are responsive to EMF etc, so I would argue it will happen soon. How? I don't know, you tell me.

For starters you need a magnetic field that's isolated to a specific brain region. Secondly, you need a magnetic field strength on the order of a few Tesla.

Maybe using 2 metal detectors at each side of the head at full power. Also add some magnets. At least they probably work toavoid intrusive thoughts or maybe even avoiding trauma
